Learn at your own pace
Every child gets stuck in a different place. One-on-one tutoring gives us time to figure out what your child understands, where they need more help, and what to work on next. That could be going back to practice an earlier math skill before moving forward. Other times, a child may understand a story when someone reads it aloud but needs help learning to read it independently. We start where your child is and build from there.

Tutoring should do more than help a child finish an assignment. We want your child to truly understand what they are learning and feel confident putting their knowledge into practice. Parent Circle – Ongoing Family Guidance
A monthly space, not a one-time answer
The Gold Vine Parent Circle is a live, small-group session each month for parents to conenct, share experiences, and work through real-life challenges together. Each family has dedicated time to ask questions and receive individualized guidance from our team, with with practical strategies and clear next steps tailored to your family’s needs.
More than a meeting, support along the way
Parent Circle support continues beyond the monthly meeting. Families receive personalized follow-up, practical resources, and access to tools designed to help you work through the goals and challenges that matter most to your family.

What happens if insurance denies ABA therapy coverage?
Insurance denials can happen, and they are often due to missing paperwork, outdated documentation, or miscommunication during the authorization process.
If services are denied, our team will review the denial, communicate with the insurance company, and determine what is needed for the next steps. In most cases, after clarification or additional documentation is submitted, families are able to receive approval.
How does scheduling work?
During the initial consultation call and intake process, we will ask about your child’s availability and your family’s scheduling preferences.
When it is time to schedule services, a member of our team will reach out and do our best to match your family with available times that work for your schedule. While availability may vary, we always try to be as flexible and supportive as possible.
Do you offer clinic, home, school, or community-based services?
Our service options depend on location.
In Florida, we offer in-school, daycare, and in-home ABA therapy services. Outside of Florida, we currently offer clinic-based services.
