What happens if insurance denies ABA therapy coverage?

Insurance denials can happen, and they are often due to missing paperwork, outdated documentation, or miscommunication during the authorization process.

If services are denied, our team will review the denial, communicate with the insurance company, and determine what is needed for the next steps. In most cases, after clarification or additional documentation is submitted, families are able to receive approval.

How does scheduling work?

During the initial consultation call and intake process, we will ask about your child’s availability and your family’s scheduling preferences.

When it is time to schedule services, a member of our team will reach out and do our best to match your family with available times that work for your schedule. While availability may vary, we always try to be as flexible and supportive as possible.

Do you offer clinic, home, school, or community-based services?

Our service options depend on location.

In Florida, we offer in-school, daycare, and in-home ABA therapy services. Outside of Florida, we currently offer clinic-based services.
